  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • During holidays, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be extended.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 5–10 Business Days
  • International: 7–15 Business Days

Delivery estimates exclude order processing time and may vary due to weather, customs inspections, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Delivery Conditions & Limitations

To help ensure successful delivery, please review the following:

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address: Rosairee is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by customers.
  • P.O. Boxes: Standard Shipping to P.O. Boxes is available where supported by the shipping carrier.
  • Military Addresses: We currently do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
  • Unclaimed Packages: Packages returned because they were unclaimed may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
  • Address Changes: Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has entered processing.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Rosairee is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during shipping.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please retain:

  • The damaged item(s)
  • Original packaging
  • Shipping label
  • Packing materials

These materials may be required during the carrier's claims process.
